Residential & commercial cleaning
Your teams are cleaning. Your inbox is filling up.
Cleaning inquiries tend to ask the same three things: how much for my home, when can you come, and what's included. Velogics answers them from your own rates and policies, books the clean and sends the reminders, while you stay on the job.

The requests you get
The messages that fill a cleaning company's week.
- Website chat · 8:40 PM
A quote by home size
The customer says: “How much for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house? About 1,800 square feet, and we have a dog.”
What Velogics does
The chat answers from the rates you've added, whether that's by bedrooms, bathrooms or square footage, asks any follow-up you've set (like when it was last deep cleaned), and offers open times.
- Text message · Tue 10:05 AM
A regular clean
The customer says: “Could we get someone every other Friday, starting next week?”
What Velogics does
The AI books the first clean into an open time, and the every-other-Friday request is right there in the conversation for you. Each booked clean gets a confirmation and a reminder before the visit.
- Website form · Sun 4:30 PM
A move-out clean on a deadline
The customer says: “We hand the keys back on the 30th. Can you do a move-out clean on the 29th? It's a 2-bedroom condo.”
What Velogics does
A reply goes out within about a minute, by text or email. The AI checks the 29th against your real availability and books it with the unit's address. If the 29th is full, it offers the closest open times.
- Email · 9:15 AM
A commercial walkthrough
The customer says: “We manage a two-storey office and we're looking for a new evening cleaning contractor. Can someone come by?”
What Velogics does
The AI asks the questions you've set for commercial work, like the size of the space and how often it needs cleaning, then books a walkthrough. Bookings are routed by service, so it lands with whoever handles commercial accounts.
Hear it take the call
A move-out clean, booked on the first call.
It confirms what a move-out clean covers, takes the unit's address, and books the date the caller asked for, for as long as the job takes.

AI: How can I help you today?
Caller: Hi! So I'm moving out of my condo next week, and I was wondering, um, could you do a move-out clean on Friday the ninth?

Owner Agent
Run the office from the car between cleans.
The Owner Agent answers by text or in the app: what's booked today, which quotes are waiting, what hasn't been paid. It adds a note or a task straight away. Sending a quote or an invoice, or marking one paid, waits for your tap on a secure link that works once.

Questions cleaning companies ask
Where do notes about pets and access go?
Customers can add them when they book, in the "Anything we should know?" box, or tell the AI by chat or text. Either way, they show up in the conversation in your inbox, so your team can check before the visit.
Does it set up the repeat visits for a regular clean?
No. It books the first visit, and the customer's request stays in the conversation. Booking the visits after that is up to you, either from the inbox or by sending the customer a booking link that suggests a time.
How do customers move or cancel a clean?
They reply to their confirmation, and the booking can be moved or cancelled from that conversation. There's no separate self-serve reschedule link.
Can customers book without talking to anyone?
Yes. Your booking page and the floating booking button let them pick a service, choose their area if you route by area, pick an open time and add their address. They get a confirmation by email, or by text if they opt in, and a reminder before the clean.
Fill the calendar without picking up the phone.
