We set up a phone number for your business and help you forward your existing line to it. Calls can ring your own phone first (with voicemail off), and when nobody answers, the text goes out. Calls you miss on your own cell can be forwarded to the same number, and they get the text too. Whether those arrive marked as forwarded depends on your carrier, and the app has a check for it.
Once the conversation is under way, anything urgent or that needs a person is escalated to you, with a short brief and a suggested reply.
