Common questions
Do you integrate with Zapier or my field-service software?
Not today. Velogics connects to the tools listed on this page. If you rely on something else, tell us what you use and we'll explain plainly how Velogics fits alongside it.
Does the booking page sit inside my website?
It opens from a floating booking button on your site, and there's a standalone booking page you can link to from anywhere. It isn't an inline embed today.
How are my connected accounts kept secure?
Credentials for connected accounts are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and webhooks from connected services are checked for a valid signature. Our Security page has the details.
Can my customers pay through Velogics?
No. Velogics doesn't process customer payments. Invoices in the CRM are tracked to paid, and you record the payment when it arrives.
