Yes. It is the required base: the specialist add-ons plug into it, so your chatbot, voice line, and outbound all share one knowledge base, one calendar, and one CRM connection.
3How long does setup take?
AI Front Desk is self-serve, most businesses are live within 24-48 hours of starting the trial. The specialist add-ons are not available to buy yet; when the AI Receptionist opens it will add a one-time 60-90 min voice persona + KB training session ($199 CAD).
4How is custom work priced?

6Are there any long-term contracts?

7What happens when I go over an included limit?
Overage is metered transparently per add-on (AI Front Desk: $0.50 CAD per 50 conversations above 300; AI Receptionist: $0.25 CAD/min above 200; AI Prospector: $0.01 CAD/email above 3,000). You'll see usage live in the operator portal, no surprise invoices.
