We don't sign BAAs today
Velogics is not HIPAA compliant, does not act as a HIPAA Business Associate, and does not currently enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). The agreements HIPAA requires with our own service providers are not in place yet, so we can't offer one to you.
What this means for health businesses
Don't use Velogics to collect or process protected health information (PHI), or personal health information under Canadian health-privacy laws such as Ontario's PHIPA, unless Velogics has agreed in writing that your account is set up for it. If you run a clinic or another health-service business, talk to us before you sign up, and we'll tell you where things stand.
